5-day AYP retreat | April 15-19, 2026 | Sweden
Advanced Yoga Practices (AYP) is a complete system of yoga developed by Yogani, an experienced yoga practitioner, long-time "spiritual scientist" and author. The system combines elements from mantra yoga, kriya yoga, hatha yoga, kundalini yoga, tantra yoga and advaita vedanta traditions to cover all eight limbs of yoga and can be easily incorporated into an active life style. AYP is designed to be accessible to beginners, with practices that are gradually added over time to build a comprehensive and advanced routine. Its main route of transmission is writing, which sets it apart from most other yoga and meditation schools. This is achieved by teaching not only the methods but also everything that is needed to develop the skill of self-pacing, to become self-directed in developing and adjusting one's yoga practice along the path for maximum progress and safety. Then the practices will enhance life quality steadily with lasting inner peace and happiness, blissful inner silence, ecstasy, joy and love.
AYP provides a wealth of resources for students to begin and deepen their practice. Yogani has written over 400 detailed lessons and numerous books that explain all of the AYP practices. The AYP Plus site offers hundreds of additional lesson additions and resources for members, including an AI assistant that can produce concise answers to questions and summaries on any topic drawing from the entire AYP knowledge base and forum posts by Yogani. The basic version of the AYP lessons is accessible for free, and serves most beginners. The full content of AYP is accessible through the purchase of (e)books or a yearly subscription to AYP Plus. In both cases, the entire AYP knowledge is immediately accessible, and costs are low and fully transparent.
